As businesses start reopening, we wanted to let you know what the Law Offices of Anderson & Lopez is doing to keep our staff and clients safe. Anderson & Lopez has remained open and fully operational during the COVID-19 outbreak. In mid-March we implemented social distancing within the office with continuous cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. We know how important it is to maintain our health and wellness to allow us to continuously work with the courts, insurance carriers and clients. For clients’ safety we have closed our front office and waiting room while establishing a clean room for clients that need to come in to sign documents or checks. Clients will not come into contact with anyone in the office and we are able to assist them while in the windowed clean room by phone and through the glass. Office visits have been restricted to by appointment only to maintain limited contact. Clients and staff can feel comfortable and safe when they conduct their business. We now offer video conferencing which allows us to speak face-to-face with clients or potential clients during this time. We will be continuing these practices as our community moves forward in reopening.
